I am so pleased with the work ES Homes did on my condo. It is absolutely beautiful. Anyone who was familiar with the condo before the renovation cannot believe the change. However, I am pleased with the work for more than just the beautiful outcome. The work was done on schedule, much more quickly than I thought possible. The workers took meticulous care of the condo while the work was being done. My family who saw the work as it was being done were quite impressed by the neatness and concern for the rest of the condo. The area not being renovated was kept sealed off and free from dust and dirt. The whole work area was also kept clean. In addition to doing excellent work Ron kept me advised of any change in the cost so that at the final settlement, I knew to the penny what the cost would be. This was very important to me and I valued the communication with Ron as the work progressed and any changes in the costs, which I always had to approve. A major renovation involves a large financial commitment and I believe the work done for me by ES Homes was worth every penny.
